Khujand. IAA "Varorud". M.Saifidinova. Sughd Drug Control Agency (DCA) at the Tajik President denies the existence of the laboratory on production of heroin and other synthetic substances.
"For the drug dealers of Southern Tajikistan no need to open the laboratory on drug production"-said the senior inspector of DCA of Sughd oblast Jafar Iskhaki. It was stated in the seminar conducted on December 22 in Khujand, which was organized by the social and political newspaper "Varorud" and supported by DDRP.
"There is no reasoning for Sughd drug traffickers to produce drugs themselves, as it supplied sufficiently active from Afghanistan", - mentioned Iskhaki. He also denied the information as if the young people of Khujand have deal with the tranquilizers "ecstasy".
"Such tablets are distinguished by special signs. We have no information about the existence of tranquilizers"- has stated Iskhaki.
